Orders are manually processed and shipped by us, Monday through Friday, from our office in San Francisco, California. We do not work with a warehousing facility.
Your order will dispatch within 2 business days (within 1 business days for express orders.). Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.
Shipping cut off time is 3pm PST.
All orders will go out next day if ordered past 3pm PST. Orders made after 3pm PST will be shipped out next business day.
Buyer will first receive an order confirmation, then a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number once the order has been processed through the shipping partner you chose when checking out.
Our shipping partners do not operate on weekends. If you have received a shipment confirmation over the weekend, your order will be picked up by the end of the next business day.
Please be aware that once your shipment has been processed and dispatched, it will take several hours before your number will be trackable with our shipping partner after it has been picked up.
US Customers (USPS): If you missed the delivery of your package, you can schedule a free re-delivery with the USPS Re-Delivery Service: redelivery.usps.com/redelivery

(US) UPS Ground Service: $15 via UPS (1-2 Days within California / 3-5 Days outside California)

(US) USPS First Class: $4 for orders under $22
Canada: $14 USD via USPS First Class
Canada: $25 USD via USPS Priority
International First Class: $18 USD via USPS First Class
International Priority: $33 USD via USPS Priority International (6-10 days)
International Express: $62 USD via USPS Priority Express International (2-4 days)
We do not refund original or return shipping costs, shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error.
We are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages, some orders may experience customs delays and we have no control over these delays.
International Customers: Once your tracking number states that is has landed in your country, we do not have access to calling your country's Postal Service. We suggest that you contact your country's postal service or customs office for additional information.
Taxes + Duties
California residents will be charged 8.5% tax on total amount of purchase.
Non-US Customers: Orders shipped outside the U.S. will be delivered on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, and the recipient is responsible for paying all international customs and clearance related duty/tax. Nu Swim is not responsible for payment of this duty. Please check with your local customs authority on any customs duties or taxes that are payable by you, regulations and guidelines differ by country.
Insurance + Signature
Nu Swim insures each item you have purchased during time in transit until it is delivered to you. All US orders require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you.
If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by Nu Swim.
Returns & Exchanges
Nu Swim accepts returns for full refund of all full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of receipt of your order. Proper try-on with underwear is required. All items that are returned for exchange or refund must be unworn and have their original labels and packaging.
All sale items that you wish to return, are eligible for Store Credit only.
Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

Your return will be processed as soon as possible, but allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
All sales are final after 14 days of purchase.
Exchanges - US Customers
Free exchanges are offered for full price items, and are dependent on availability. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will contact you for next steps.
All sale items are eligible for Store Credit only.
Exchanges - International Customers
We do not currently offer free exchanges for International Customers due to high shipping costs. You will receive a Store Credit code if you wish to exchange your item for another size or style. We do continue to offer full refund for full price items, for international customers if you choose.
All sale items that you wish to return, that are under 60% off, are eligible for Store Credit only.
Items over 60% off original retail price and marked FINAL SALE, are final sale.
Each package will include a Return/Exchange Form printed on the back of your order invoice form.
