SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders are manually processed, quality controlled and shipped by us, Monday through Friday, from our office in Brooklyn, New York. We do not work with a warehousing facility – your order is shipped by our studio assistant with a lot of love and care.
Your order will dispatch within 2 business days (within 1 business days for express orders.). Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.
Shipping cut off time is 3pm PST. Orders made after 3pm PST will be shipped out next business day.
Buyer will first receive an order confirmation, then a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number once the order has been processed through the shipping partner you chose when purchasing.
Our shipping partners do not operate on weekends. If you have received a shipment confirmation over the weekend, your order will be picked up by the end of the next business day.
Please be aware that once your shipment has been processed and dispatched, it could take several hours before your number will be trackable with our shipping partner after it has been picked up.SHIPMENT PRICING

We do not refund original or return shipping costs, shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error.
We are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages, some orders may experience customs delays and we have no control over these delays.
International Customers – Please allow extra time for your orders to pass through customs. Nu Swim is not responsible for any import duties or taxes which may apply, or for any consequent delays that these may create. If your package has arrived in the destination country and you have not received it, we suggest you contact your local postal service or customs office for further information.
TAXES & DUTIES
International Customers – Orders shipped outside the U.S. will be delivered on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, and the recipient is responsible for paying all international customs and clearance related duty/tax. Nu Swim is not responsible for payment of this duty. Please check with your local customs authority on any customs duties or taxes that are payable by you, regulations and guidelines differ by country.
New York State residents will be charged 4% State Tax, in addition to a County Tax based on the county in which you reside.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Nu Swim accepts returns for full refund of all full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of receipt of your order. Proper try-on with underwear is required. All items that are returned for exchange or refund must be unworn and have their original labels and packaging.
Return Shipping Costs – buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
You do not need to request an RA# – your order number acts as your RA#.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting or the relevant couriers airway bills and documentation. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and you are advised to arrange your own insurance.
Your return will be processed as soon as possible, but allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

EXCHANGES – INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Free exchanges are offered for full price items, and are dependent on availability. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will contact you for next steps.
We do not currently offer free exchanges for International Customers due to high shipping costs. You will receive a Store Credit code if you wish to exchange your item for another size or style. We do continue to offer full refund for full price items to all customers.
All items discounted from their original price, found on our SALE page, are considered Final Sale.
Each package will include a Return/Exchange Form printed on the back of your order invoice form.
